1: Lactium From Milk May Help You Sleep Better At Night
Anxiety responses were needed in previous years to trigger the nervous system into a series of chemical reactions that would initiate action. For our ancestors, this fight or flight impulse often meant the difference between death and survival for another day. Experts warn us that the never-ending stressors that we are constantly encountering can lead to health problems including obesity, diabetes, and hypertension. In contrast to the ancient forms of stress, such as the stress of a hungry bear approaching a cave, modern-day stress sources are more frequently of the chronic variety such as meeting increasing demands at work, studying for an exam, quitting smoking, and worrying about money and relationships.
Anxiety can wreak havoc on the overall health of children, with school work, exams, peer pressure, video games, and other challenges tending to trigger the same self-protective response that adults experience. However, in children, the result is often poor sleep. As a societ
2: The Meaning Behind Your Dreams
We’ve all had that moment, you wake up and think ‘what on earth was all that about?’ and the puzzled expression that goes along with it looks something like this: :s. Except rotated, and more human.
We’ve compiled this list of the most common dreams and what the big wigs think that they mean.
Flying Dreams
Probably the most common type of dream, many of these dreams can fall into the category of lucid dreaming. Lucid dreaming is where you are aware of the fact that you are dreaming, this, in turn gives you the feeling that you are actually flying and you may find that you are in control of a dream like this.
Dreams where you are flying are often a indicator of freedom. As humans cannot fly, flying can often represent the desire to do more, if you are feeling particularly confident at this moment in your life, the dream may symbolise your determination.
Naked Dreams
We’ve all had this type of dream, you’re doing something very normal and suddenly you realise that you are naked.
3: Zip and Link Beds
For complete versatility when it comes to you and your guests comfort, you may consider getting a Zip and Link bed. A Zip and Link bed has many applications, for example if you have a couple staying as guests you can zip and beds up to form one large bed, or if you have 2 children staying over, you can unzip the beds and use them separately. You can also use a Zip and Link bed as your own bed for you and your partner, for example you can have 2 different types of mattress on a Zip and Link divan base so if your ideas of comfort differ, a Zip and Link bed can help.
Zip and Link beds come in 5FT Kingsize (150cm x 200) and 6FT Super Kingsize (180cm x 200cm) sizes, and split into 2 x 2FT 6" Small Single (75cm x 200cm) and 3FT Single (90cm x 200cm) respectively. The Zip and Link divan bed is split vertically, with the mattresses being held together tightly by a Zip, whilst the Divan Base is held together with linking bars. Zip and Link beds are extremely comfortable and the mattresses come
4: Buying a Bed for Your Child.
Space is a huge factor in any bedroom and Childrens bedrooms are usually smaller than that of the adult, yet on the whole they have more things to store away and need more space. Many adults have the divan beds with storage drawers and ottoman beds to save space and increase storage, and now children can have the increased amount of space and storage too, as many bed manufacturers have made a range of fantastic Cabin Beds.
The Cabin Bed, or Study Bunk as it is sometimes known, is usually a single bed on top with a wide range of different furniture options for underneath where the other bunk would normally go. Some of the innovative storage and space saving options include desks, chairs, storage drawers, futons and wardrobes. The beauty of the storage bunk is that instead of taking up valuable floor space, the cabin bed takes up vertical space which would usually be unused anyway, freeing up the rest of the bedroom for other things such as bedroom furniture and even another bed.

5: All You Need To Know About Vaccum Packed Mattresses
Buying a mattress can be a very stressful experience, but what can be even more stressful is when you have bought the mattress and you can't position it in the correct place due to tight corners, small doorways or tight corridors. A vacuum packed mattress could be the answer.
The vacuum packed mattress (or roll up mattress) is a completely ordinary mattress, just that it comes delivered to you in a roll. How this works is in the factory, the mattress is packed into a plastic wrapper, and all of the air is completely extracted. The mattress is then rolled up and packed again to keep it into shape. The benefits of this type of mattress is that not only is a vacuum packed mattress easy to transport, it also arrives to you in a 100% hygienic condition which is great news for allergy suffers.
Vacuum packed mattresses are also extremely comfortable and are in many respects just as good as, if not better than a standard mattress. Some vacuum packed mattresses include memory foam, latex, ref

8: Restless Nights - Searching For a Better Way to Sleep
Lying in bed last night I began to think about...everything. Ironically the only time I seem to be able to arrange thoughts in my head is when I should be dispersing them, throwing them into high wind over a barren sandy desert of sleep. It is such an unfortunate conundrum for someone who loves sleep, could sleep all through the day without a care in the world but as soon as head hits pillow it's...think, think, think.
I am overcome with an urge to call long lost friends I haven't spoken to in years, put the washing or clean the bathroom or read an article I had left open in that days newspaper. Why when I could do this all tomorrow? I conclude that I naturally must be a nocturnal human being. My best productive and most compassionate nature comes out after the sun goes in and no amount of coaxing will bring it out before.
There must be more people that feel like this, maybe they have already formed some kind of late night help group or chat line, someone you can call when everyone el
9: Getting to sleep in the best position
Different people prefer different sleeping positions, and there isn’t one particular position that is best for everyone. However, some positions offer better comfort than others, and some are more appropriate if you are experiencing pain or aching in certain areas.
Pressure against certain parts of the body, such as the jaw or the eye, can exacerbate any problems that you might be experiencing, like TMJ in the case of the jaw, whereby the joints in the mouth become strained. A lot of this pressure will come from sleeping on your side, and you won’t realise how much strain you are putting on your joints whilst you are asleep, so try to fall asleep on your back if you are experiencing these problems. Sleeping on your side can also cause problems with your neck, especially if you sleep with a few pillows piled on top of each other. This can place a lot of pressure on your neck at an angle, and may affect the blood supply to your head.
If you are suffering from back problems, then there
